Utilisation of Previous or New Addresses in ePost
If you have relocated and continue to receive correspondence at an address different from the one registered in ePost, please observe the following guidelines:
- To increase the number of scanned mail items, all addresses at which you still receive mail (including verification and activation for the scanning service) must be registered in ePost (refer to the address on the item).
- Please notify your correspondents (e.g., business clients such as banks, insurance companies, etc.) of your new address.
- Even if mail forwarding is arranged from your previous address to the new one, both addresses must be registered
C/O Provider or C/O Recipient
C/O addresses are not supported by the scanning service – please register your own address without C/O and ensure your name is correctly displayed on the mailbox.
Multiple Individuals at One Address
- A separate address entry must be created for each individual within the ePost app and activated for the Scanning Service. Please refer to the attached guide on how to add multiple persons for the Scanning Service. Instructions
Active Additional Mail Redirection
- Please be advised that if the Scanning Service is activated, no additional redirections such as mail holding or forwarding to another address are permitted.
Should you wish to establish additional mail redirections, please ensure that you deactivate the Scanning Service for the duration of the additional redirection until the next termination date. The Scanning Service may be reactivated once the additional mail redirection has expired.
