Orders placed before 12:00 noon are reliably processed by our scanning centre on the same day and dispatched via A-Mail through the letter post office. Orders received after 12:00 noon are generally processed on the following day, occasionally sooner, and are also sent via A-Mail through the letter post office. Therefore, you can typically expect to receive your letters within 1 to 2 days after the processing or posting date. All letters are sent to the address provided at the time of order placement.
If you have ordered the original document for an extended period and have not yet received it, it is possible that the shipment could not be delivered to the registered address and has consequently entered the standard return process of the postal service. Please note that ePost does not have access to, nor can it influence, this return procedure. In this situation, you have two options:
- Wait until the letter has completed the return process and is delivered to you correctly.
- Request the item again from the sender. Please ensure that your address is correctly entered in ePost and that it is registered and activated with Swiss Post.
