Do you manage the mail for all members of your family or your shared apartment?
To receive mail, it is essential to verify each individual and address, and to activate the scanning service. Please note that letters addressed to multiple recipients will not be recognised and will therefore be delivered physically.
Please be advised that not all mail can be redirected, particularly correspondence sent to your holiday residence. In general, mail will continue to be delivered to the physical mailbox.
Open your ePost app and navigate to the "Profile" section.
Then, select "Personal data".
You may subsequently enter your addresses or contacts under the "Addresses" section, verify them, and activate the toggle switch for the scanning service once verification is complete.
Thereafter, the redirection will be established, and we will forward the machine-readable envelopes to you. The remainder of your mail will continue to be delivered to your letterbox as usual.
