All letter contents composed of materials other than paper cannot be processed digitally. Such items are delivered in their physical form.
- Ballot papers
- Money, cheques (bank/post, lunch, REKA), gift cards
- Tickets and admission passes (train tickets, concert tickets, etc.)
- Confidential PIN code letters (bank/post)
- Bank/post credit cards
- Identification cards, passports
- SIM cards (mobile SIM cards)
- Hardware (electronic devices, USB cables, CDs, etc.)
- Undeliverable correspondence and returns
If the content of a letter cannot be scanned or is not permitted to be scanned, it will be forwarded physically to the recipient.
