If you have received letters featuring the following letterhead, kindly note that we were unable to allocate or scan these documents, or that you have requested the letter at a cost via ePost.
Please be advised that you may receive fewer letters than previously.
Note: For security reasons, if you have requested a new mail diversion from your registered address, this change will not be reflected in the letters we send. We will only dispatch letters to the address that is saved and verified in our system.
