You may access the preview directly from the initial page of your ePost inbox.
If you determine that a letter is not of particular importance and do not wish to receive it, no further action is necessary. It will be automatically discarded after 25 days.
However, should you require the complete delivery to be sent to your address, we offer the option to request the original document.
Please note that only documents visible in the preview will be scanned, provided that scanning is feasible.
The following types of documents may be scanned in the preview:
- Magazines, catalogues, and advertising materials; paper documents (e.g., vehicle registration, parking permits)
- Invoices accompanied by merchandise items (e.g., a notepad)
- Deliveries in envelopes containing ordered items (e.g., pins)
Packages will continue to be delivered in physical form.
