Generally, all documents in standard paper sizes (A6 to A3) will be scanned.
Contents of letters composed of materials other than paper, such as SIM cards, CDs, USB sticks, plastic cards, identity cards, badges, and similar items, cannot be processed. Such items will be forwarded directly to the recipient.
