In principle, all documents in standard paper format are scanned.

All letter contents that are not made of paper but of other materials cannot be processed. These are delivered physically:
- Ballot papers
- Vehicle registration documents
- Cash, cheques (bank/post, Lunch, Reka), gift cards (plastic)
- Tickets and admission tickets (train, concert tickets, etc.)
- Letters with a covered PIN code (bank/post)
- Bank and postal credit cards
- Identity documents, passports
- SIM cards (mobile phone)
- Hardware (electronic devices, USB cables, CDs, etc.)
- Undeliverable correspondence / returns
