Multi-page letters are scanned in full and made available to you in the digital inbox.
Before scanning, we remove staples as well as comparable fastening elements. This allows us to process the individual pages separately. We then scan the entire item and make it available to you in the digital inbox of the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section.
Note: If the documents are firmly bound together (glued), the scan is only carried out as a preview.
