As a rule, you receive ordered original letters one to two days after ordering.
Here's how processing works:
- Orders for original documents received by 12.00 are processed by our Scancenter the same day and handed over to letter mail by A Mail.
- Orders after 12.00 are usually processed the following working day, in some cases earlier. We also send these by A Mail.
- We always send the letters to the address you specified when ordering.
Item not received despite a longer wait?
Then delivery to the address registered with us was not possible. The item is in Swiss Post's regular returns process. ePost has no insight into this process and cannot influence it. You have two options:
- You wait until the letter is processed in the returns process and delivered to you.
- You request the item again from the sender. First make sure that your address is correctly registered in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section, and is known or active at Swiss Post.
