You are entitled to one complimentary original document order per calendar month.
Any additional orders beyond this entitlement will be subject to a fee of CHF 3.40.
How does the ordering process operate?
- You receive one complimentary order per calendar month.
- If this order is not utilised, it may be carried forward to the following month.
- All unused orders will expire on 31 December each year.
- A new complimentary order is allocated annually on 1 January.
Example:
- If you commence the service on 14 July, you will be entitled to one complimentary order for July.
- If no orders are placed in July and three orders are placed in August, the first two will be complimentary, while the third will incur a fee of CHF 3.40.
- Unused orders expire on 31 December, with a new complimentary order granted on 1 January.
