Access the appropriate proof via "View confirmation" in the "Sent" folder.
The following confirmation documents are available:
Acceptance confirmation by ePost: ePost has accepted the shipment for processing.
Delivery confirmation by ePost: The document has been delivered to the digital recipient.
Shipment acceptance: The recipient accepts the shipment. Available with ePost Registered.
Shipment rejection: The recipient explicitly rejects the shipment. Available with ePost Registered.
Retrieval confirmation: The shipment has been opened by the recipient. Available with ePost Registered and ePost Plus.
Non-retrieval confirmation: The shipment has not been opened by the recipient within seven days. Available with ePost Registered and ePost Plus.
