Would you like to know what happens after sending a physical letter?
With the physical shipping method, we hand over your document to the printing centre of ePost Service AG. There, it is printed, enveloped, franked, and sent by post. From the moment of dispatch, the status "Handed over to post" appears in the Post app for the sent letter.
Good to know: For every physical shipment, we add a cover sheet to the submitted PDF, on which the recipient's postal address is printed. This ensures that the recipient's address is correctly positioned in the envelope window.
