Where can I find the status of my shipments?

Would you like to check the current shipping status of your letters or parcels?

Here is how to access the status in the Post app:

1. Tap the menu icon at the top left.
2. Select «Sent».

Under «Sent» you will find all sent messages — both digitally and physically sent letters as well as sent SecureSend messages.

For each shipment, a coloured status chip indicates the current status.

You can view the respective proof by selecting «Show confirmation».
