The following requirements apply for hybrid letter dispatch:
File format: Currently, only PDF documents are supported.
Readability: The PDF must be valid and readable without errors. Damaged or non-openable files will be rejected.
No password protection: The PDF must not be encrypted or password-protected.
Page format: All pages of the PDF must be in A4 format.
Number of pages: The document must contain at least one page.
Fonts: The fonts used in the document must be embedded or belong to the PDF standard fonts.
Good to know: If your document does not meet these requirements, it cannot be accepted for dispatch. Therefore, check the format, password protection, and font embedding of your PDF before sending.
