Note: The email address of your ePost account is permanently stored during registration and can no longer be changed afterwards. If you have registered with an incorrect email address, you must therefore delete the account and create a new one with the correct email address.
If you already use the Swiss Post-App:
- Deactivate or cancel all services on the account to be deleted, in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
- Delete the account directly in the Swiss Post-App.
- Then log in with your SwissID and register with a different email address for a new Post account.
If you still use the old ePost app:
- Deactivate or cancel all services on the account to be deleted.
- Delete the account according to the instructions in the article How can I delete my account?
- We recommend using the Swiss Post-App in future. Register there again with your SwissID.
