Have you received an error notification indicating that your address is invalid?
We verify the address based on the information provided by the Swiss Post.
Please first check the following points:
- Is your mailbox correctly labeled with your name?
- Are you receiving mail at this address?
- Is there a restriction at the postal service or is your address not visible?
Important:
If your address is not visible in the postal system (e.g. due to a data restriction), it cannot be recognized by us.
What do you need to do?
Please contact the Swiss Post directly and have your address checked.
Ask the postal service to remove the restriction or invisibility so that your address becomes visible to third parties again.
Please also mention that this is not an issue related to the scanning service or ePost, but to the visibility of your address data.
Note:
As soon as your address is correctly visible in the postal system, it can be verified again and used for the scanning service.
