1. Access your profile within the ePost application and select the menu option labelled «Personal details».
2. Enter your full name and address, then click on «Update» to save the information.
3. Below the address section, click the «Verify» button.
4. Review your address carefully and confirm by selecting «OK».
An address verification code will be sent to the address registered in the application via postal mail. This process ensures that you have access to your mailbox and prevents unauthorised individuals from accessing your correspondence.
Upon receipt of the letter, enter the verification code provided to confirm your address.
If you are a customer of the scanning service, you may activate scanning for each verified address.
IMPORTANT
Any modifications to your address or name within your profile require a new address verification. Digital letters cannot be delivered to you unless the address has been verified.
Please note that if the scanning service is activated, the address cannot be modified.
