You activate the ePost ScanningService in 5 steps: download the app, log in, verify the address, confirm the code and subscribe to the widget.
- Download the Swiss Post-App or open it
- Log in with your SwissID or create a SwissID
- Tap «My digital mail» and then go to «Profile» at the bottom of the menu
- Then tap «Personal data». There you will find the «Addresses» section. Enter your address there and have it verified. You will receive a physical letter with a verification code within 3-5 working days. You will find further information here: How do I manage my address?
- As soon as you have received the code, verify your address with it.
- Subscribe to the ScanningService in the Widget Store. You access the Widget Store via the web portal app.epost.ch or directly in the Swiss Post-App via «My digital mail», then «Profile» and then «Widget Store».
After two to four days you receive your mail in the digital inbox of the Swiss Post-App. Alternatively, access the web portal app.epost.ch.
