Do you manage the mail for several family members or a shared flat? Then register and verify each person as well as the respective addresses and then activate the ScanningService.
- Open the Swiss Post-App
- Tap «My digital mail»
- Go to «Profile» at the bottom of the menu
- Select «Personal data» there
- In the «Addresses» menu item, register and verify your addresses or persons
- Each individual address must be verified (verification code by physical letter)
- After successful verification, activate the switch for the ScanningService for each address in the Widget Store.
As soon as the addresses are activated, we automatically forward the machine-readable letters. All digitised items, regardless of the person or address, are combined in your digital inbox in the Swiss Post-App.
Important note: if several names are indicated as recipients on an envelope, it cannot be recognised and assigned automatically. Such letters continue to be delivered physically to your letterbox. Therefore check your letterbox regularly.
