To make sure that your ScanningService is active, please check your subscription in the Widget Store as well as the forwarding of your mail.
In the Widget Store, all activated offers are marked with the status «subscribed». If this information is not sufficient, you will find an overview of your activated widgets under «My widgets».
In addition, you can specify for which addresses the ScanningService should be used. You make this setting in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section, under «Profile» → «Personal data» → «Addresses». Simply activate your verified addresses using the ScanningService switch.
Here's how to get to the Widget Store in the Swiss Post-App:
- Open the «Profile» menu in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section.
- Select «Widget Store».
- In the «My widgets» tab you can see your active subscriptions and check whether the «ePost ScanningService» widget is activated.
Alternatively via the web portal:
- Open the web portal app.epost.ch in your browser and log in with your access data.
- Select the «Visit Widget Store» option.
- Check whether the «ePost ScanningService» widget is activated.
Here's how to check the forwarding:
If the widget is activated, you can check in your postal profile whether forwarding is set up for your address. Please note that this is only possible if you have a login with Swiss Post.
- To do so, log in on the postal portal post.ch at the top right via the login.
- In your customer centre, select the «All online services» option under the favourites.
- Search for the «Forward mail» function and select it.
- Tap «Cancel». You will then be taken to the services overview.
