Should you have organised a change of address with the Post, you may also request a redirection to ePost Service AG. It is imperative that the address provided in your application precisely matches the address on the mailed correspondence to guarantee accurate delivery.
For temporary redirections, these must be cancelled with the Post prior to activating the scanning service. We are unable to initiate a redirection while an existing redirection remains active.
Please note that you may also cancel the redirection independently.
If the original redirection encompasses multiple individuals, separate redirections must be arranged for those who do not wish to be redirected to ePost Service AG, specifying an alternative address for each.
