To confirm that your scanning service is active, please review your subscription within the widget store and verify your postal redirection settings.
In the widget store, all active subscriptions are marked with the label “subscribed”. If this overview does not provide sufficient information, you may consult the list of activated widgets under the section “My Widgets”.
You may also specify the addresses for which the scanning service should be applied. This can be managed under “Address” in your profile within the app. Simply enable the verified addresses by toggling the corresponding option.
Instructions for accessing the widget store:
- Navigate to the ch link in your browser and log in using your credentials.
- Select “Visit Widget Store”.
- Confirm whether the “ePost scanning service” widget has been activated.
If the widget is activated, you may verify within your Post profile whether an active redirection exists for your address. Please note that this function requires a valid Post login.
- Log in to the Post portal at post.ch via the login option located at the top right.
- In your customer centre, select “All Online Services” under favourites.
- Locate and select the “Redirect Post” feature.
- Click “Cancel” to be redirected to the “Service Overview”.
