You will find an overview of all senders that support digital reception in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section, under «Profile» and then «Manage senders». Prerequisite: digital mail reception is activated.
Here's how to proceed:
- Activate digital mail reception. You will find instructions in the article How do I activate the receipt of digital items?
- Open «My digital mail», «Profile» in the Swiss Post-App and select «Manage senders». Set the «Digital mail reception» switch to «Activated». In the sender overview you can see all senders that enable digital reception.
- Decide for each sender which documents you want to receive digitally. If you do not want digital reception from a particular sender, deactivate this option directly in the sender overview.
Please note: For legal or functional reasons, certain items cannot be transmitted digitally; you continue to receive these in physical form. If you additionally want to receive all your physical daily mail digitally, we recommend activating the «ScanningService» widget.
