How do I activate the receipt of digital letters?

You activate and check the receipt of digital items in your profile under «Manage senders».

1. Open the «My digital mail» section in the Swiss Post-App and tap «Profile» at the bottom of the menu.
2. Then select «Manage senders». There you activate digital mail reception.
3. Check whether the «Digital mail reception: Activated» switch is turned on. If it is activated, the listed senders may deliver letters to you digitally in your inbox. Special items such as bank cards or certificates are excluded.

Under «Sender overview» you can see which partners ePost already works with and which senders deliver to you digitally.

Note: If you no longer wish to use this function, you can deactivate digital mail reception at any time using the switch.
