How do I receive my tax bill from the tax office digitally?

So that you receive documents from the tax office digitally, activate digital mail reception in the Swiss Post-App and register and verify your data completely.

1. Open the Swiss Post-App
2. Tap «My digital mail»
3. Go to «Profile» at the bottom of the menu, select «Personal data» and check whether your date of birth is registered.
4. There, under «Addresses», check whether your address is verified. If not, do this.
5. Then check under «Extra» whether you have already registered your AHV number and your tax ID. If not, you can tap the green plus at the bottom to add both.
6. Then leave the «Personal data» area, go to «Manage senders» and activate digital mail reception there. You will find further information in the following article: How do I activate the receipt of digital items?

Note: It is possible that not all documents are submitted digitally. The sender decides independently which documents to transmit electronically.
