You can check this yourself in Swiss Post's customer centre:
- Log in to Swiss Post's customer centre with your SwissID.
- Check whether forwarding to «8901 Urdorf» has been set up for your name and address.
- Make sure that it is the «Forward mail» type and check the «Valid from» date.
The ScanningService forwarding is set up until revoked. As soon as you cancel your ScanningService subscription, we deactivate the forwarding and you again receive your mail physically at your address.
Note: If you have registered several addresses in the Swiss Post-App, you need a separate SwissID login with Swiss Post for each address. Only in this way can you check whether forwarding has been set up for all addresses.
