Mail forwarding is managed by Swiss Post and not via ePost. When the ScanningService is deactivated, mail forwarding is usually deactivated automatically at Swiss Post. In rare cases, however, it may happen that the forwarding (forwarding order) remains active. Here's how to proceed:
- Log in to Swiss Post's customer centre and end your forwarding (forwarding order) there. Here is the link to the login: https://login.swissid.ch/login/login-email
- Alternatively, contact Swiss Post directly so that they remove the forwarding for you. Contact the Post's Contact Center for this:

Also check whether you have deactivated the ScanningService for all your addresses. To do so, open the Swiss Post-App under «My digital mail», go to «Profile» → «Personal data» → «Addresses» and deactivate the ScanningService for each address individually using the corresponding switch.
