Billing for the subscription takes place in advance at the beginning of the month. You subscribe to the ScanningService on a monthly or annual basis.
- If you order additional physical documents during the month, we show these costs on the following month's invoice.
- From the activation date, we charge the costs on a pro rata basis.
Example: you activate the ScanningService on 15 May. At the beginning of June you receive an invoice for the whole of June as well as, on a pro rata basis, for the period from the activation date in May.
