The ScanningService is available as a monthly or annual subscription:
- Monthly subscription: CHF 9.90 per month
- Annual subscription: CHF 104.00 per year (10% discount)

Digital letter reception
Incoming letters, both from ePost partners and from other senders, are automatically scanned and delivered digitally to your inbox in the Swiss Post-App under «My digital mail».
Scanning preview
Letters and magazines that cannot be scanned in full are provided to you as a preview. Based on this you decide whether you want to request the original in physical form.
Scan and file your own documents
You can scan documents yourself and file and manage them securely in the Swiss Post-App.
Several people in the same subscription
The subscription can be used for several family members or partners. All letters are delivered to the same digital inbox.
Request an original document
You can request scanned original letters in physical form at any time. One free order per month is included. Unused quotas are transferred to the following month, so you have two free orders available the next month. Further orders are subject to a charge.
Pay bills directly from the app
With the ScanningService you can settle bills directly in the Swiss Post-App.
Note: Letters in standard format (A4) are scanned. For security reasons, the following contents are not scanned and continue to be delivered physically: vehicle registration documents, cash and cheques, gift cards, tickets and admission tickets, letters with PIN codes, bank and credit cards, identity documents, SIM cards, hardware, newspapers and magazines as well as formats that do not comply with postal standards.
