Two cases can be distinguished:
- SwissID account blocked or password forgotten: contact the SwissID team or use the self-service functions at www.swissid.ch.
- SwissID works, but ePost shows an error: submit a request via the ePost support platform or use the support chat (at the bottom left of the platform), if possible with the exact error code or a screenshot.
