Logging in to the Swiss Post-App is only possible with an ePost account that is linked to a SwissID. If your current ePost account is registered under a different email address, create a new ePost account with your SwissID and link it to your existing ePost account.
Here's how to proceed:
- Open the Swiss Post-App
- On the start page of the Swiss Post-App, tap the circle with the person icon at the top right; you will then land in your profile of the Swiss Post-App.
- Scroll down and select «Log out».
- Register a new ePost account using your SwissID. Open the ePost app and register there with your SwissID for a new ePost account.
- After successfully registering your ePost account with the SwissID, reopen the Swiss Post-App, log in with the new SwissID, tap «My digital mail», then select «Profile» at the bottom of the menu and tap «Access management». Enter the email address of your previous account there and send the invitation.
- Log in to your old ePost account in the ePost app.
- Confirm the invitation request that is displayed as a pop-up.
- Log out and then log in to your new account.
- From this point on, you have access, via the account registered with SwissID, to all documents of your previous ePost account.
