Deleted documents remain accessible in the recycle bin for up to 30 days after deletion. From there you can move them back to the filing area.
Where is the recycle bin?
- Open the Swiss Post-App
- Tap «My digital mail».
- Go to «Filing» in the menu.
- Tap the recycle bin (grey folder). This gives you access to the documents you have deleted.
How do you restore a document?
- Tap the three dots at the top right of the relevant document. You have the options «Move back to filing» and «Delete permanently».
- Select «Move back to filing» and then choose the desired location for the document.
- Confirm your selection by tapping the green tick at the bottom right.
Note: If you select «Delete permanently», you cannot restore the document.
