It is not possible to delete an ePost account within the Post App.
The automatically created, limited account is technically required so that digital letters from Swiss Post can be displayed in the Post App. This account is permanently linked to your Post App login (Swiss ID) and therefore cannot be deleted via the Post App.
However, a full ePost account that you have actively created can be deleted directly in the ePost App.
