If you have any active widgets, such as scanning, please deactivate them within the Widget Store. Account deletion can only proceed after the notice period has elapsed.
Please be advised that we are only able to delete your ePost account. If you use a different login method, we can solely delete the linked ePost account and its associated content. Your SWISS ID account or Swiss Post login will remain active.
Important: If you require any documents, please ensure you download them in advance or request physical copies.
Instructions
- Open the app and navigate to “Settings” under “My Profile”.
- Select the option “Delete account”.
- The deletion will only be confirmed if you choose "Yes, delete my account".
- For security purposes, an SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile number. Please enter this code to verify your authorization to delete the account.
Please note that recovery requests after account deletion cannot be processed, as the data is permanently erased. ePost does not accept cancellation requests via email or postal mail. Account deletion can only be performed by the account holder.
