In the event of a block, you can no longer access your account and your mail. Settle the open invoices in full to regain access.
Your account is temporarily blocked if no payment is made even after the third reminder. After the third reminder, you have 10 days to pay the open amount.
Please note:
- Your ScanningService subscription remains active.
- The ScanningService continues to be provided.
- New items continue to be processed and delivered.
As soon as the payment has reached us and has been booked, we unblock your account.
