If no payment has been made after the third reminder, your ePost account will be temporarily blocked. In this case, access to your account is no longer possible.
Please note:
- Your ePost subscription remains active.
- The scanning service continues to operate.
- New mail items continue to be processed and delivered.
To regain access to your account, all outstanding invoices must be paid in full. Once the payment has been received and posted, your account will be reactivated.
