Within the ePost application, the billing address is automatically assigned upon subscription to a widget. The initial address entered is consistently utilised.
Nevertheless, there may be instances where the automatically selected billing address is incorrect or outdated. Consequently, a new functionality has been introduced to enable manual adjustment of the billing address.
Procedure to modify the billing address:
- Log in to the ePost application (currently, this feature is exclusively available in the app).
- Access the menu.
- Navigate to "Profile" and select "Billing Address" from the options.
- The following interface will then be displayed.
If the preferred billing address is not yet listed, you may add and verify it within the address management section ("Profile" > "Personal Data" > "Addresses") of the ePost application. Subsequently, it will be available for selection.
