When subscribing to a widget, the billing address is set automatically. The first address registered is always used. If the automatically selected billing address is not correct or no longer up to date, adjust it manually:
- Log in to the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section. This function is currently available exclusively in the app.
- Go to «Profile» at the bottom of the menu and select «Billing address» from the list.
- Select the desired billing address from the registered addresses.
Note: Is the desired billing address not yet available? Then register and verify it in the address management of the Swiss Post-App («Profile» > «Personal data» > «Addresses»). After that it is available for selection.
