You pay the invoice directly from your digital inbox by credit card.
The invoice for the ScanningService is delivered to you in the digital inbox (Swiss Post-App «My digital mail»). If you exceed the payment deadline, a blue bar appears above the invoice with a note that the invoice is still open.
- Tap the «Pay now» button.
- On the following page, enter your credit card details and make the payment directly.
Note: Mastercard and Visa are currently supported.
Store a credit card for future invoices
Open the Swiss Post-App and tap «My digital mail», «Profile» → «Widget Store» → «My widgets». Via the dashboard you can see your purchases. Select «Payment settings» there to determine how your future invoices are issued. Select «Credit card» and store your card details. From the next billing, the credit card is debited automatically.
Important: If the credit card cannot be debited, for example due to insufficient funds, we automatically create a QR invoice for the open payment.
