The displayed amount corresponds to the current open balance for ScanningService invoices on your account. The message reminds you to pay the outstanding amount.
The reminder process has three levels:
- First reminder: the notice appears in the Swiss Post-App in «My digital mail» and can be hidden.
- Second reminder: the notice reappears, remains permanently visible and can no longer be hidden.
- Third reminder: the notice remains visible; in addition, we inform you that the account will be blocked if payment is not made. If no payment is made within 10 days, we block your account.
You receive the reminders in your digital inbox, with a QR code for the total amount due.
Note: Pay the amount on time to avoid the account being blocked.
