The Scanning Service may be subscribed to on either a monthly or annual basis.
The subscription fee is invoiced in advance at the commencement of the respective month.
Should additional physical documents be ordered during the month, the associated costs will be incorporated into the invoice for the subsequent month.
Kindly note that charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of activation.
This implies the following:
Example: If the Scanning Service is activated on 15 May, you will receive an invoice at the beginning of June covering the entire month of June, as well as a pro-rata charge for May commencing from the activation date.
