Our service may be subscribed to on a monthly or annual basis and may be cancelled either at the end of each month or at the conclusion of the contract. Please note, however, that during your initial paid month, cancellation requests can only be submitted at the end of the subsequent month.
From the second paid month onwards, you have the option to terminate your subscription at the end of any given month.
Cancellations must be processed via the Widget Store on app.epost.ch or through your smartphone by deactivating the corresponding widget. Deactivating the widget will also terminate the forwarding order at the post office. This procedure generally requires 2-3 days, after which your mail will once again be physically delivered to your address rather than appearing digitally in ePost.
Any mail received in ePost up to that point will remain accessible.
You may request original documents within 25 days following deactivation at an additional cost; such requests will be deducted from your existing quota. Billing for the service will continue until the end of the month following the deactivation.
