Important note: Please ensure that the Access App of your bank is activated on your smartphone.
To transfer digital invoices from ePost to your bank account, you must first set up the connection via desktop:

Start the ePost web app on your computer (app.epost.ch), select “Bank connection” and then choose your desired bank.

You will be redirected to the bank’s website. Identify yourself using your e-banking contract number and follow the bank’s instructions.

Approve the connection between your selected bank account and ePost. You will then be redirected back to the ePost web app.

Please note that it may take several days before this section becomes available in your e-banking.
You can now send payments directly from the ePost app to your bank’s e-banking.
Important: Once the payment appears in your e-banking, you must review and approve it. Only then will the bank process the transaction.
