Transition from Credit Suisse to UBS:
After your account has been transferred from Credit Suisse to UBS, it is necessary to reconnect your new UBS bank account within ePost.
Please note: The connection must be established via desktop (not mobile). A direct connection through the app is currently unavailable, as UBS does not yet support the app-to-app consent flow.
Kindly follow the instructions provided at the following link to properly connect your new UBS account:

Important note: Please ensure that the Access App of your bank is activated on your smartphone.
To transfer digital invoices from ePost to your bank account, you must first set up the connection via desktop:
Start the ePost Web App on your computer (app.epost.ch), select “Bank connection” and then choose your desired bank.
You will be redirected to the bank’s website. Identify yourself using your e-banking contract number and follow the bank’s instructions.
Approve the connection between your chosen bank account and ePost. Finally, you will be redirected back to the ePost Web App.
You can now send payments directly from the ePost App to your bank’s e-banking system.
Please note: Once the payment appears in your e-banking, you must still verify and approve it. Only then will the bank execute the transaction.
Would you like to disconnect the connection?
To disconnect your bank account from the ePost App, you need to log in to your e-banking.
Instructions can be found here: How can I delete my bank connection?
