Access rights
Option 1: Full access
The invited person gains access to your documents and can use all functions in the same way as you. Excluded, however, are deletion of the account, changing the mobile number and access to the login of third parties.
Option 2: Access only to public documents
The invited person has access to all documents except those you have restricted. Restricted documents are not visible to the invited person. Furthermore, the person can use all functions in the same way as you. Excluded, however, are deletion of the account, changing the mobile number and access to the login of third parties.
Note: Company folders (folders from senders such as Swiss Post, insurers, banks, authorities, etc.) generally cannot be restricted. When restricting documents, it can take up to 30 minutes until they are effectively no longer visible to the other person.
