Granting Access Rights to Another Person
• In the menu, select “My Profile.”
• Then click on “Access Management.”
• Click the “Grant Access” button to invite another person.
• On the next screen, you can enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.
• Confirm the sending of the email invitation and the full authorization to access your data for the selected person.
Access Rights
Option 1: Full Access
The invited user will have access to your documents and can use all functions in the same way as you. However, deleting the account, changing the phone number, and accessing third-party logins are excluded.
Option 2: Access to Public Documents Only
The invited user will have access to all documents except those you have restricted. Restricted documents are not visible to the invited user. The user can still use all other functions in the same way as you, except deleting the account, changing the phone number, and accessing third-party logins.
Company folders cannot be restricted. When restricting documents, it may take up to 30 minutes before the changes are effectively reflected for the other person.
Revoking Access Rights
• In the menu, select “My Profile.”
• Then click on “Access Management.”
• Click the three dots in the top right corner to remove access for the respective person.
Accepting the Invitation (from the invited person’s perspective)
• Click on the “Accept Invitation” link in the received email.
• Log in to the app or register as a new user.
• You are now in the account of the person who invited you and granted access.
• If you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them in your profile at the bottom right.
