How do I recognise which of my contacts are active in Communities?

Contacts who are already active in Communities in the Swiss Post-App can be recognised by a checkbox on the right-hand side. You can contact these people directly via an end-to-end encrypted channel.

Here's how:

1. Open the Swiss Post-App
2. Tap «My digital mail»
3. Go to «Communities» at the bottom of the menu
4. Tap the yellow plus
5. You now see your address book. Contacts you can also reach via Communities have a checkbox to the right of the name.
6. Select the checkbox and tap the arrow at the bottom right of the menu
7. You can then upload an image for the chat and rename the chat. Then tap the tick at the bottom.
8. You have thus created a chat room between you and one of your contacts.
9. Your contact then receives an invitation. As soon as the invitation is accepted, you can chat in encrypted form.
10. If you want to invite more than one person to a chat room, simply select more than one checkbox.
