You can synchronise your contacts manually:
- Open the Swiss Post-App
- Tap «My digital mail»
- Select «Profile» at the bottom of the menu and tap «Address book»
- Tap the two arrows in a circle at the bottom of the menu
- Your address book is synchronised with the contacts on your device
