How to activate Communities
You activate and use Communities directly in the Swiss Post-App, «My digital mail» section. You will find the detailed instructions with all the steps here: ePost Communities.
- Open the Swiss Post-App, tap «My digital mail» and tap the «Communities» icon.
- Tap the «+» icon and select «Start new conversation».
- Enter the email address or phone number of the desired person. If the person already uses ePost, they automatically appear in your contact list. Otherwise, you can invite them directly to ePost.
- Optionally assign a name to the conversation and start the chat.
- In the chat, tap the «+» icon to share documents or photos from your ePost filing area.
